歐盟各國緝捕！國際人蛇首腦 在台遭逮
歐盟各國緝捕惡名昭彰的人蛇集團首腦，竟在台灣落網！移民署國境事務大隊，11號深夜在桃園國際機場，查獲跨國人蛇集團，包括首腦馬哈迪（MAHDI）、共犯和三名偷渡客，5人訊後被移送桃園地檢署偵辦。
戴口罩、雙手上銬、頭低低，他們就是歐盟各國緝捕的人蛇集團，其中首腦馬哈迪也在台灣落網，5人到達桃園國際機場時，早被移民署盯上（監視器畫面），趕在他們搭機離開台灣，上前逮捕，同時查獲到多本「假護照」，不仔細看，還真的難以察覺。

移民署國境事務大隊長 陳建成：「（人蛇集團首腦）先搭機從泰國來台灣，偷渡客在10月11號，才從馬來西亞出發來台，藉由不同的來台時間跟出發地，降低移民官查緝，非法偷渡的機率」。
集團專門偷渡人蛇前往歐盟，早就是各國緝捕對象，這次在台灣落網，成功阻止集團犯罪，5人訊後移請桃園地檢署偵辦。

黨產會凍中山獎學金 馬英九批敗德
【台灣醒報記者楊蕓台北報導】針對黨產會以「國民黨過去曾交辦海外學生特殊工作」為由，不願解凍國民黨1600萬元資產以支付中山獎學金，恐讓8名留學生斷炊。國民黨1日召開記者會要求儘速解凍，前總統馬英九批評，「黨產會質疑國民黨以獎學金資助學生去國外當『抓耙仔』，卻沒提出任何證據，如今民進黨都執政2次了，如果確有此事，為何過去不徹查？」
「中山獎學金」由國民黨自民國49年至103年開辦，每位獎學金得主可領取260萬元，分4期發放，50年來共協助214位得主出國深造，包括前總統馬英九、前民進黨主席許信良、現任國安會秘書長李大維等都曾領過中山獎學金。
然而，黨產會105年凍結國民黨8億元資產，國民黨去年向黨產會申請許可，盼解凍資產來償還積欠的1690萬中山獎學金，卻遭黨產會以「國民黨過去曾交辦海外學生特殊工作」為由駁回。國民黨行管會主委邱大展指出，目前已經有8名留學生，因國民黨無法支付獎金，導致他們可能被迫休學、出現中斷學業的窘境，盼黨產會盡速解凍。
前總統馬英九則以領取中山獎學金學子身分出席。他曾於1974年領中山獎學金赴美留學，馬英九表示，行政院長賴清德再三呼籲大家做功德，但黨產會不僅不做功德，還「敗德」，讓人深感錯愕、甚至不寒而慄。
馬英九認為，中山獎學金開辦50多年來，這筆錢對沒錢出國留學的學子有很大幫助，且中山獎學金培植的人才兩黨都在用，即使不為政黨效力，還有許多人才前往學界、企業界，「黨產會之所以不願意把這筆錢解凍，竟是質疑國民黨以獎學金資助學生去國外從事『抓耙仔』工作，卻沒提出任何證據，」他質問，「民進黨都執政2次了，如果確有此事，為何過去不查？」
「這些學生將來會不會支持國民黨都不清楚，但給他們這個學習機會卻非常重要。」馬英九感慨地說，在任內已感受到台灣留美學生越來越少，政治再怎麼鬥爭，也不應傷害到求學的學生。
此外，考取第一期中山獎學金的中山學人聯誼會會長、前黨副主席，同時也是海基會前董事長江丙坤也現身記者會聲援。江丙坤認為，中山學子在社會各界都發揮所長，不分黨派為國所用，自己也是出身貧困家庭，有幸考取中山獎學金到日本留學，才能對台灣經濟發展做出貢獻，希望黨產會能儘速同意解凍。
