The elegant Tazio adapts perfectly to any developmental stage of your child. When used as a group 1 child safety seat, you can easily narrow the spacious seat by using a special insert. This way, the Tazio is particularly comfortable for small passengers and can be extended for taller children later on. The height-adjustable headrest as well as the wide backrest provide the best sitting and lying comfort while being adjustable into four different lying positions with only one hand and without disturbing your child. The energy-absorbing shell and the headrest provide the best side impact protection in case of an accident.

羽球／丹麥羽賽「雙麟配」為台將打頭陣直落二晉16

「超級750」系列丹麥羽球公開賽今(16)開戰，台將由世界排名衝上第5，創合拍以來新高的「雙麟配」陳宏麟／王齊麟打頭陣，整場僅花費30分鐘，就以21:16、21:13擊敗泰國組合Bodin ISARA／Maneepong JONGJIT，晉級16強。

年紀相差9歲的「雙麟配」自2014年合拍，今年狀況不錯，巡迴賽共8次打入4強，拿下2座冠軍，分別為連霸紐西蘭公開賽、中華台北公開賽男雙冠軍，並在世錦賽贏得我國首面男雙獎牌、銅牌。

今日開局「雙麟配」一度陷入落後，但在追成10:10平手後，逐漸找回節奏，首局以21:16搶下。次局，「雙麟配」在11:7領先時接連丟分遭追平，好在11:11後回敬一波6:0拉開領先，最終以21:13獲勝。

「雙麟配」下役對手將是世界第4、日本組合Takeshi KAMURA／Keigo SONODA，雙方過去6度交鋒，「雙麟配」僅1勝5敗，最近一次交手就在8月世錦賽4強戰，「雙麟配」以17:21、10:21無緣爭冠。

跌倒後成秘雕竟是血管瘤作祟

一位60多歲男性，日前因不慎跌倒造成左頸及背部肩胛骨附近瘀青腫痛，經過冰敷休息，瘀青消失了，但背部持續隆起，隆起範圍擴大到兩倍以上。病人至整形外科門診求診，經電腦斷層檢查疑似有深部血管破裂出血，醫師考量病人年紀以及有出血問題，採取保守的血管攝影及栓塞治療。在血管攝影中找到了出血點，還意外發現複雜的高流速動靜脈畸形，經跨專科醫療團隊共同討論治療方式，順利為病人止血，並將高流速動靜脈畸形作適當栓塞治療，病人背部隆起獲得改善，並持續使用彈性壓力衣維持穩定。

台大醫院新竹分院整形外科主任黃柏誠醫師表示，血管病變及其相關併發症影響至少全球5%的人口，其致病機轉不明，治療方式眾多。血管病變主要分為血管瘤及血管畸形兩大類。血管瘤主要是血管內皮增生，而血管畸形是血管不正常增生但血管內皮無過度增生，兩者是不一樣的疾病。

黃柏誠醫師說明，常見的血管瘤為嬰兒血管瘤，屬良性軟組織腫瘤，約發生於2%的嬰兒，男女比約1:4，大多偶發性，與遺傳關係不明顯。嬰兒血管瘤本身雖然是良性，但仍然可能在不同部位造成併發症，如長在眼睛附近可能會影響視力，長在鼻部可能影響軟骨發育，耳朵附近的嬰兒血管瘤則可能也會造成外觀變形，不可不慎。

相較於血管瘤，血管畸形的類型更為複雜，可粗略分為微血管畸形、淋巴管畸形、原發性淋巴水腫、動靜脈畸形等。醫師會根據病史、理學檢查、影像學檢查做出診斷，擬定治療方式。重要的是不將兩者搞混，才能有正確的治療方向及較良好的預後。

整形外科黃柏誠主任指出，血管病變的治療依據不同型態有不同的處置方式，包含口服藥物或注射藥物的使用、血管栓塞治療、雷射治療、腫瘤切除及重建等。無論是那一類型的血管病變可經由跨專科團隊(包括整形外科、血管外科、小兒內外科、放射科、神經外科以及眼科等)共同討論最適治療方式，此外，也需醫病間耐心地合作，才能達到合宜的治療效果。
