受雇員工薪資 連9個月增幅逾2%
【台灣醒報記者劉哲岳台北報導】「薪資增幅，創19年來新高！」行政院主計總處11日發佈薪資統計，今年1至8月全體受僱員工經常性薪資平均4萬830元，年增2.61%，增幅創近19年新高。主計總處國勢普查處副處長潘寧馨表示，主要是景氣復甦和廠商積極調薪所造成。
行政院主計總處薪資統計，今年8月全體受僱員工經常性薪資平均4萬1,241元，年增2.95%，已連續9個月增幅逾2%，單月年增幅創下88年以來新高。
工時方面，主計總處表示，8月全體受僱員工總工時平均為181.7小時，和去年同期相比減少2.5小時。1到8月總工時平均為168.5小時，和去年同期持平，但正常工時減少0.1小時，加班工時則增加0.1小時。
薪資分為經常性與非經常性薪資，其中經常性為每月固定領取的「月薪」；非經常性薪資則包含加班費、績效獎金、年終獎金、三節獎金等。主計總處也公布8月受僱員工的非經常性薪資達8,575元，年增35.90％，主要是今年發放的員工酬勞與績效獎金較往年豐厚，兩者合計，總薪資為4萬9,816元，比去年8月成長7.44％。
潘寧馨表示，總薪資比經常性薪資高是出於績效獎金及人事成本增加廠商調薪意願降低，這都對固定薪資會有影響。
Holyland電競節 和平籃球館擊鼓開戰
(記者黃秀麗台北報導)台北市政府以「民間先行、政府支持」為立場推廣電競產業，並支持各項賽事舉辦，9日【台灣Holyland電競節X校際電競公開賽】線下賽於和平籃球館正式開打，中華一番電競產業發展協會張惠美理事長、台北市政府資訊局李維斌局長及與會貴賓出席開幕儀式，一同擊鼓為選手加油，現場更吸引超過千名電競粉絲共襄盛舉。
「台灣Holyland電競節X校際電競公開賽」由中華一番電競產業發展協會主辦、文化部指導、台北市政府資訊局合辦及國際扶輪3523地區協辦，自3月9日開始至3月11日於台北和平籃球館舉行，比賽項目為《英雄聯盟》及《傳說對決》，比賽獎金高達新台幣50萬元，歡迎民眾免費入場，替選手們加油。(自立晚報2018/3/9)
